Oh god I have two already but if there is not much interest I might try for it as I live in Lincolnshire.

blimey, one owner from new, silly low miles and being broken (spares or repair as per the add) due to the brakes not working! coudl be a simple fix?!?
be interesting to find out what part of the brakes it failed on??

Regardless of the brake issues, that could well be a bargain, low miles and it being a ph1, I'd snap it up no question.
For the starting price though it may well go to a 205 owner, if I was in the country I'd be talking to the owner to get a buy it now price!

Somebody BUY IT!!!!!! Put it somewhere safe before it ends up as a Pugs bloody new heart. Not our fault they put the wrong engine in the GTI to start with, now we're being persecuted for it!!!!

Luke, any chance you're going to view this?

That's a desirable phase 1 colour - not many survived at all!! I'm not sure, but isn't that one where some photos were posted of it sat in a barn awaiting some love and attention a year or 2 back?

Our phase 1 is similar mileage but a lot more owners. Having said that, ours has had regular care whereas this is potentially a basket case depending on how its been stored.

Definitely worth a look all the same

Real shame I can't do anything about this one :(
It is located a good hours drive from us and the fact I have two on the drive sort of rules me out.
