blimey, one owner from new, silly low miles and being broken (spares or repair as per the add) due to the brakes not working! coudl be a simple fix?!?
be interesting to find out what part of the brakes it failed on??

Regardless of the brake issues, that could well be a bargain, low miles and it being a ph1, I'd snap it up no question.
For the starting price though it may well go to a 205 owner, if I was in the country I'd be talking to the owner to get a buy it now price!

Somebody BUY IT!!!!!! Put it somewhere safe before it ends up as a Pugs bloody new heart. Not our fault they put the wrong engine in the GTI to start with, now we're being persecuted for it!!!!

That's a desirable phase 1 colour - not many survived at all!! I'm not sure, but isn't that one where some photos were posted of it sat in a barn awaiting some love and attention a year or 2 back?

Our phase 1 is similar mileage but a lot more owners. Having said that, ours has had regular care whereas this is potentially a basket case depending on how its been stored.

Definitely worth a look all the same

It is located a good hours drive from us and the fact I have two on the drive sort of rules me out.
