Anyone heard of the Dodge Viper with 1000 BHP and 1100 lb torque..........in the UK,Sailsbury I think.
0-60 in around 2.3 secs.
Guy at work has a Suzuki Hybusa? with 400 BHP
another has a B%$ M3 with 390 BHP with no turbo or supercharger,0-60 in 4.5 secs.I had it up to 170 MPH but it does 180 MPH

I saw something on Pistonheads the other day about a company called Weineck, they make a Cobra with a custom 12.9 litre V8 that develops 1,100 bhp...

http://www.pistonheads.com/roadtests/do ... 47&i=14850

[edit - looking at the Weineck website I spot a big bottle of NOS in the boot...]

Still, for silly 0-60 times I still like the look of the Ariel Atom - a mate of mine worked for Ariel for a bit. 0-60 in 2.9 seconds, but I bet it feels faster than anything else, since you're so close to the road and there's no bodywork... I want!

We have in this land of winter also many odd streetcars . Here's one.

http://www.rogalandamcarclub.no/RightOn ... 180065.jpg

Mapped on regular fuel approx 1450 horsepower, on racefuel approx 2400. Street driven, with trailer-hitch, large stereo and functional rear seat. No trailer queen, this spring he drove up to Oslo from Stavanger to attend a streetcar-happening at Gardermoen, 850 km. one way. This one is SO cool :D
