tools req'd for dizzy cap removal??

can someone help me out here! dont have one to hand with the bits to check, is it a 10mm/posidrive nut?? i can vividly remember how much of a pita the lower one is to get to! but cant remember the size!! and dont want to take the whole tool box up to pops lol!

hey timmo i was at this fairly recently! pretty sure i used a std 10mm spanner for the top 2 and a small 1/4 drive ratchet with ext +10mm seems to just fit past pipes wires etc for the bottom one. would recommend using something magnetic when taking last one out as i almost always drop it! lol

cheers matey! yeah will have the magnetic tray under it!!

dropped the filler cap for the water bottle on saturday and as the cars low down i couldnt get the b#gger out hahah! fishing with bits of wood in the end!! lesson learnt there time and again hahah!

Errr mates whats a Dizzy Cap or do you mean distributor cap.

yeah sorry, dizzy = distributer in English motoring slang! or often refered to as just the Cap,

Yup! 10mm hex bolts and a 1/4 drive deep socket will whip all three out in a jiffy.
