Mine's now sat up outside. Was in use until the end of July, but tax/test and insurance all came up at the same time and it was being used a family runaround, which given it's track record for reliability (probably down to my own fair hands of course!) wasn't a great idea.

This is how it stands, although looking alot more pink (a few weeks have passed since that pic was taken)

Image

This is where it actually lives (just visable under cover at back of drive!)

And these two (plus the TVR) are the reasons why it hasn't recieved any attention (nor will do for at least a year, probably more):

Just had one of those as well!! she doesn't know it yet but she will like crap cars!!
If you do a google map on my postcode :

http://maps.google.co.uk/?ie=UTF8&ll=52 ... 3&t=h&z=20

you can see where one of thems been for the last 3 years!! otherwise the grey ones in cumbria with my family and I last drove it this morning. Its still in use as a discourtesy car having just passed 164k needs a serious polish and a few electrical niggles and perhaps the bumpers fixed again, but otherwise still doing the business.

I do have a confession tho' I've just bought an XM Estate as a family car and its truly vast and squidjy in every way!! it even makes the range-rover look small

As will mine. Although I've got her into painting war games models now. She already encourages me to drive faster and would rather have a ride in my dented 626 V6 than her mum new car.

Good question what does my old 16V look like now? I haven't herd anything of it since I/you sold it??? I hope it's tearing up the roads in Ireland and hasn't been turned into 10000 cans of coke.

holy christ i never in a million years thought i would see your car looking like that Timmo, it always used to be so well kept, certainly every picture i've seen it has been immaculate. I guess the wing can be quickly resprayed off the car no? Otherwise it looks a damn sight better than my car under all that dirt.
