Hi!

Do you know if the 306 GTI6 oil pump would feet the BX engine?

Will this pump provide better oil catch and pressure?

I believe it can be fitted from what i have read on the 205 forums. I think it involves changing the master pulley and possibly the chain length.

But i would look to simply increasing the feed pressure of the existing pump, adding a spacer (thus more oil) and fitting a decent set of baffles. Not to mention an AC/Alloy sump if it isn't already on!

Isn't it the same pump, why change it then, if you want
more feed try one from a Xantia TD

1.9TD, we don't have the 2.1 here so am not sure if the same but
most of the models of XU engs share some parts.

Just put in a 2.0 TCT pump, it has a higher flowrate and a 6 Bar top pressure, intead of 4/5 bar.

Fits like a glove, without modifications. Just plug and play.
