hi ,does anyone know if 16"7.5j width et 20 alloys with 195 45 16 tyres will go on a 16v..

Yes,
those will fit.
I've got 17" ET25 wheels but had to use 5mm spacers to make them fit, with the use of spacers I'm at ET20.

I am using 195/50 X 16 but it does touch when the car is fulling sitting down.

17" rims fits without problems.
I got 8Jx17" with ET20 and 10 and 15 mm spacers.
205/40/r17 tires rear, 225/30/17 tires on front.
Here a pic of my car with those rims, TSW Hockenheim.
