Hi all,

Im just about ready to drop the gearbox to facilitate the clutch replacement.

Now how do I disconnect the 2 selector rods. I cant see a locking clip. Doe the ball socket just pull off from the ball?

Any advice appreciatted as the Haynes manual is not very helpfull..

no clips, they do indeed pop off.
If they aint too slack you may need to use a 14mm open ended spanner to lever them off..
