What's the best way to do this? I've just finished putting everything back on after changing the cam belt and resealing the cam cover.. Now it's leaking

Is it possible to remove the doseur with these in place?

There's very limited access, but I think maybe If I move some pipes I can get it out from underneath?

Has anyone done it this way?

You wont like the idea (having just fixed the rad) but i prefer to remove the water hoses in the area around the dosseur and go from there. The bolts that hold it onto the car are undone INSIDE the car, which helps. Cant remember if you have to remove the pedal box or not though.

Don't undo the retaining bolts until you've undone all the hydraulic unions on the engine side of the bulk head.

I was thinking I'd have to move the water hoses.

Good to hear I don't have to mess about with the cambelt etc again though.
If it's just moving some water and hydraulic hoses that should be alright.

Removed the doseur , replaced the seals, and got it back in today.

Ended up taking off the top engine mount and outer cambelt cover.

Also undid the bracket that holds the cooling hoses to the back of the cam cover and pulled the top one over to the gearbox side of the car a bit.

Then we pulled the engine forward a bit and held it there with a ratchet strap, and brought the doseur valve out around the cambelt side of the engine.

No leaks!....yet
