Grey / Black Phase 2 arround Northwich

Since the purchase of my own 16v phase 2 earlier in the year, one of my freinds spotted a dark grey / black phase 2 in Northwich a couple of weeks ago! Well sounds like a phase 2, from discription of rear spoiler and side skirts and vents etc.
Is any of you?
