My BX back on the road

Its taken the better part of 2 years but its finally registered and back on the road.
I can now understand why these cars have such a loyal following. It may be noisy with dodgy plastic creaky trim, there maybe cars that are safer and newer but few can match the fun and grin factor.

Its just so busy and figgity. But its handling is still precise and chuckable that I can forgive it all its faults. When the XU9J4 is at full song the whole package comes together.

Heres some shots from when I first got her.

heres some later shots.

Glad you like it.

Yeah I've never seen a 16 valve on the road here in Australia, only a couple at a car show. BXs in general are rare here. There very under rated and people have a fear of Hydropneumatic Citroens.

There's more love for the more mainstream Peugeots. A common fate for 16 valves is to be bought purely for the engine, where it ends up powering a 205Gti.
