Black H plae P2 Taunton!!

Right, been away all week end and on my return from mums today sat at a filter lane waiting for the traffic from the lights to stop i spotted a Black H plate P2 reg H34 KMO at 17:10 on the road out towards the M5 in heavy traffic! had a GB sticker on the mat section of the boot and roof bars! headed off ont ehA361 i think it said to Yeovil direction!
Any one know it?????
