Well today popped up to see rob today as the wife was away for the day and rob had asked if I could have a look at his car for him!
Rob had washed it for me ready but due to it being sat out side for so long it had gone to several various shades of dull red! :(
Unfortunately it wasn’t to be an easy couple of coats of polish effort so got the machine out and set about the full machine polish! No time constraints on today so took my time whilst cahating to rob and his mate rob and a neighbour lol!
I wont go into all the details but will let the pics show it!
A few before’s!

one of the half and half shots of the cleaner polish on the spoiler to show how bad it has got!! (left side from the wiper had 2 coats of the cleaner polish!!)

Couple of the during machining shots!
(you can see in the first and second on the skirt where it has and hasn’t been done!!)

Finished the machining and cleaned the paint ready for the polish and wax! (yes it is my little one in the car seat in the garage!!! got to teach her early!!!:D)

Quick polish to clean and deepen the shine before the waxing!

And the final finished waxed shots!!! Nice deep crisp reflection through out the car too which was what I was after! :D

I think that just about covers it!!
Total time taken 3 ½ hour from start to finish!
Rob was chuffed with it in the end, which is what matters lol! I am pleased also heheh! Although really suffering from it now!L
Sorry for the amount of pics (took me a while to narrow them down!!(51 pics in total!!)
Hope you like them!!!

(luke if you think there’s too many let me know and ill link them instead!)

Nice job Timmo, I'll bet Rob's well chuffed. So, how long will that last for?, do you need to keep re-applying wax & polish regularly.

Take's me 3.5 hrs to do one 'pass' of polish on mine

Tony realistically it ought to last for a good 6 months minimum of being left out in the sun and not touched!
the machine polishing cuts through and removes the cr#p on the panels and brings the pigment back to the surface leaving a clean and shiny bright fresh finish!
the wax i use lasts for a good 4 weeks of u.k. weather with out the need for topping up and only one wash in that time!
there is no reason why that if rob was to wash it and polish with say super resin polish and a coat of wax every 3-4 weeks that it would need to be machined again!

My oil pressure guage is strictly for entertainment purposes only. Unless the pressure really does vary between 0 and 6 on an average trip, in which case I suppose I should be worried :?

Kitch! the oil pressure gauge is a little on the iffy side matey! it kind of randomly chooses a spot to sit in then bounces around all over the place then stops then bounces etc etc !!! and hte oil level section of its about as much use as a chocholate fire guard!

Vanny, price isnt as much as you would think matey! if your really intersted drop me a pm and i wil let you know!!
