Rough Idle 1.6 GTi

Hi.
My name is Eli from Israel.
I have a 89 BX GTi with 1.6L XU5J (like the 205 gti)
My Idle is preety rough. I know the rpm should be around 850-950 but if I asjust it to be just below 1100 the rpm drops each time the pump engaging to around 500.
So i adjist the rpm to be around 1200 which is high.
Also, if Im on high speed and come to a stop (meaning that I need a lot of braking power) the rpm drops once a gear is not engage and the engine shuts off. It continue even a couple minutes after I continue to drive.
Im adding two videos:
One is while driving and pressing the clutch, the engine shuts off (until i depress the clutch and a gear is engaged).
The second one is idling, you can see that the pump is dropping the rpm.

I replaced lately the clutch, the main sphere on the accumulator, distrubutor, and cleaned the injectors, maf sensor and throttle body.

just to update - there was a leak from the high pressure pipe going to the pump, and also from the regulator, so it got the high pressure pump kept taking more and more power from the engine.

Thats a crazy fault, and must have been a nightmare to track down. I wonder if I'm having similar issues with my valver as that really bogs down when the pump kicks in. Thanks for sharing
