Front Armrest / Storage Box (Rare accessory)

Post by Mike P »

I have for sale one of the front armrest / storage box's.

It is identical to the one I have fitted to my car and pictures can be seen in this topic http://www.bx16valve.co.uk/forum/viewtopic.php?t=415

The fabric pattern is black ribs to suit the Phase 1 Monza trim and is still black like mine so it stands out from the faded to blueish seats

I purchased/imported this from the same guy in Germany that I bought mine from with the sole intention of offering it for sale on here.

It stands me at £69.50 (EUR103) so the best offer over that please to have a drink on it.

Leather 405s had those things as standard, did the BX ever have leather? (sorry if that's a dumb question but I know nothing about bx interiors)

Yes they did Kris, it was an option, but was only the Gti seats rather than the 16V ones.

I have always liked the look of the 405 seats, wonder if you could fit them into a BX :?:

Would the runners be different?

Not sure but I bet they'd fit in alot easier than into a 205!

Runners are no different and the much plusher 405 leather will fit into a BX (though the top of the seat bolters does press on the door pockets a little and needs the door pulling firmly!).

More impressive, XM electric heated seats in a BX! They fit in a 405 and having measured them up they should fit in a BX at a squeeze, buttons obviously have to be moved ;)
