I would say no and also curious to know if this a 2 or 3 pin row ECU.

English cars weren't equiped with a CAT until 1992, and this supposidly for a 1988 car.

In Germany the valver without cat was only available as a 87' model.
After that they all had the 147PS DFW engine.

What's the point bidding on it if it's for a cat equipped car, unless someone's planning on using the lamda sensor input for something? Fuel map will be off for a non-cat car, and it won't fuel correctly without a lamda probe in the downpipe (will run super rich)
