Post by Jezziebx16v »

I know i've more chance of taking a leak in Big Liz's handbag, but its worth an ask, so any one got a proper 16v BB lurking anywhere?

Well, I tried

I'll pop into the place in Leicester that I bought a standard Phase 2 backbox from for the Green 16v and see if they can still get them. It was 5 years ago mind, but you never know. Will let you know.

Thanks Mike that would be very helpful, if not i think i'll have to "modify" a TD pipe and cut it down a tad and get something sensible welded on.

Jez,

The place in Leicester can get one from the suppliers, who have 1 only in stock :D

It's a Walker back box with the correct (but small remember) chrome oval tailpipe trim.

It's £44 (inc' vat) and would be 3 days delivery to the Leicester branch.

I can order it for you if you like or PM you their details :?:

Cheers Mike :D

Sevenoaks is only up the road from me so that may be ideal, could maybe use part of that and part of a good TD one i have.

Thanks Jez
