odd little problem this.
Interior lights don't come on any more when any door is opened, but do come on when the switch on the light are moved to the 'on' position.
Must be a wire loose somewhere.
Any ideas please I start pulling the car apart?
cheers,
Mike

the operation of the door open warning lights and the interior lights are not in any way connected. The switches for the doors open panel are built into the locks them selves and DONT take any sort of feed from the switch in the pillar.jayw wrote:
If it does then the fault is with the lights wiring, if it's not working then pin switches are the cause.
I know of only two causes for total interior light failure (there may be more), disconnection/failure of the 'courtesy light delay relay' (bolted into the back of the dash above the glove box, and they don't usually fail) or a blown fuse!
