Hi Mike, it belongs to my daughter Bex. She's off email for a couple of days (visiting friends) but I just want to pass on her thanks to everyone who's helping get this sorted out.

Tim's in charge of getting it back together for us. (Should be a good advert for your workshop Tim.... - easy on the quotes pls Martyn  )

I haven't seen the car myself (or Bex) as I'm working away from home, so at the moment everyone knows nearly as much as I do. Nobody hurt thankfully. Anyway i hope i can get to Tim Thurs or Friday for a closer inspection - including the rust Vanny, thanks!!

If you didnt get hold of a fuel flap I found a black one in my garage when I was looking for something else yesterday. Give me a shout if you want it!

Tim / Jack,

Bit of a treck down to Yeovil way but has all the bits on that you need.

Thanks Mike, it certainly looks like there's one of everything we could conceivably need. Tim, when you have more time next week we can discuss options bearing in mind that we've already been offered offered enough alternatives to do the job and we don't want to make scrapping BXs profitable.
When will it end? Not until we get 16v prices up to a level where it becomes uneconomically viable.

No we dont, but at least this guy has offered spare parts for sale, better than straight to the crusher.

Shame :(

But I've sent a message to the guy too. It's localish to me and I could do with the front bumper, and probably a few other bits too. If he doesn't try taking the micky with prices I'll probably take a trip down there at some point if anyone wants anything else.
