I notice it only has a 2cc engine though. A little underpowered.

dan 990 was change over from f to g matey! min eis an early 90 p2 yet there are some 90 p1's about! have seen a g plate one or two! (isnt mike p's white on a g plate??)

Think Mike's is an F - you're right about G plate as change over, mate had both a phase 1 and 2 on a G at the same time when they were only a few years old

I know about the G plate change over, just though, incorrectly, that all Phase I's, would have been in the 89 part of the G - but that would be too simple and convenient of course

Mines a 1990 G phase 2, but a later one as it had both electric door mirrors, It was registered late on in 1990 but it was a contract hire car registered to grosvenor contracts new so they dont bother normally about reg changes.
Hence why it had done 50000 miles in 3 years!

only the silver 16v i have (Iain's) has electric mirrors both sides, and its the only one i've ever seen with both.

oh and my old G plate 1990 Ph2 only had one electric mirror,on the passenger side.Good old G55 CPB no idea where she is now.I loved that car,sold it for a 24v Cosworth Granni
